Exhibitor interview: Eurochiller
In this exhibitor interview we spoke to Sabrina Gangini, Marketing & Communication at Eurochiller.
Based in Italy, Eurochiller is a specialist in the industrial refrigeration and thermo-regulation field and supplies cooling systems to the plastics industry. The company is a full service one and offers a product range that consists of water process chillers, air process chillers and temperature controllers.
What do you think sets your company apart from your competitors?
Eurochiller’s philosophy starts from design: our target is that of growing together with the problems we’ll meet on our way in the years to come. This is the reason why we do not want to lose one of our most distinguishing features: that of problem solvers. We supply solutions which are specific for each single application and flexibly adapt to the customer’s needs to boost his production.
Are there any new technology developments that your company is working on at the moment?
We constantly work on R&D to be able to offer to the market systems in line with the latest regulations. We work since ever on efficiency and look for solutions reducing energy consumption and lowering their impact on the environment. The continuous research and the knowledge of the thermodynamic cycle allowed us to develop solutions with integrated free-cooling or using the adiabatic technology proving to be highly energy-efficient.
What are the biggest challenges facing the industry today and how can this be overcome?
The recent pandemic turned the world round, obliging the all of us to revise our way of living and of working. Our challenge is nevertheless unchanged: manufacture products with high quality standards, able to grant raised performances and at the same time reducing energy consumption, thus protecting the ambient and as a consequence ethically taking care of the people next to us.
How do you see the sector developing in the next five to ten years?
The most recent events have somehow taught us how difficult it is to make predictions and how fast scenarios can change. Energy savings will be anyway the guiding light for the next years, together with competence, innovation and sustainability.
What are you most looking forward to at this years’ show?
We are happy so have the chance to finally meet people! We look forward to talk face to face talks and exchanges and of course to have the chance of putting the seed for new business opportunities.
Eurochiller will be exhibiting at Plastics Extrusion World Expo Europe.
