Richard has an extensive background, and experience of engineering applications for Polymers (rubber, plastics and adhesives) in the Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive and Medical sectors. Having trained as a Mechanical Engineer he was one of the founders of MERL (Materials Engineering Research Laboratory - now part of Element). His career has included roles such as Operations and R&D Management at Board Level, Market Development, Supplier Quality management, Product Development and testing and Subject Matter Expert for Polymers at ExxonMobil. Richard brings this extensive experience to AMI Plastics.
