Graham is the Managing Director of SLOOP Consulting B.V. which has been offering consulting services and tools in the field of packaging and sustainability.

He is the Project Co-ordinator for CEFLEX (a Circular Economy for Flexible Packaging), a collaboration by almost 200 companies across the flexible packaging value chain to make flexible packaging even more relevant in the circular economy.

Prior to 2009, he worked for Unilever for 24 years with a wide range of responsibilities including: R&D, Packaging management and design, Supply chain restructuring, Sustainability and CSR. He has also been retained by the Flexible Packaging Europe association as Sustainability Director. In addition to CEFLEX, he manages the CELAB project which aims to make self-adhesive label liner and matrix materials circular.

He is recognised as one of the industry thought leaders for sustainable packaging and is one of the 13 founding members of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC).
